The Wellness Wagon is based on the School Integrated Health programme, and is aimed at ensuring the physical, mental and social well-being of children to maximise their learning capabilities.

Yo Sky Runners. My run of bad luck continued for week 6. Picked up a stomach bug in Mozambique, which laid me low for most of the week. Managed only 2 runs for a total of 17 km. Desperately need four solid weeks now. In Maseru for nearly all of the next 5 weeks so hoping for more stability. Have set myself the target of 160 km for…[Read more] -
