Week 6 log:
Yo Sky Runners. My run of bad luck continued for week 6. Picked up a stomach bug in Mozambique, which laid me low for most of the week. Managed only 2 runs for a total of 17 km. Desperately need four solid weeks now. In Maseru for nearly all of the next 5 weeks so hoping for more stability. Have set myself the target of 160 km for next 4 weeks, which should be achievable as long as I have no more illness or injury.
