This project is raising funds to provide safe spaces, counselling, and medical care to support the rehabilitation and reintegration of women who have survived trauma and abuse. Additionally, the initiative aims to break cycles of poverty by funding school fees and educational support for vulnerable children

There are moments in life when hope feels fragile - when the weight of trauma, abuse, and uncertainty seems impossible to bear. At Cherished, we meet women in these moments. We listen, we walk alongside them, and we provide a safe space for healing, restoration, and the possibility of a brighter future.

We want to share the journeys of five courageous women whose lives your support could transform. Their stories are filled with resilience, faith, and the quiet strength of choosing hope over despair.

Two of these women are currently in rehabilitation, making incredible progress spiritually, mentally, and physically. They have endured years of trauma, yet they are stepping into healing and growth, discovering their worth and purpose. They are now entering their reintegration phase where they will be exploring their future and the opportunities your generosity will provide. We also have a further 3 women who have stepped out of their brokenness and into the hope of rehabilitation. They are being brave and hopeful for a brighter future for themselves and their children.

Alongside supporting these women, we are also committed to walking with a woman's children. We are currently supporting three children and their school fees for 2026, ensuring they have access to education, stability, and hope for a brighter future. This support plays a vital role in breaking cycles of trauma and poverty and giving the next generation the opportunity to thrive.

Education and school support for vulnerable children

These women are not statistics, they are daughters, survivors, and dreamers. Their futures can be rewritten, their pain can be transformed into purpose, and their lives can shine with hope, with your help.
