    Good morning , my name is frank mbedzi , am the current president of south African prison organization. South African prison is a human right organization. We wanted to celebrate Nelson Mandela day in Johannesburg prison. Can kindly assist as with funding so that we can offer our service to the inmates . the subject will be substance abuse and the importance of aquaring skills as part of rehabilitation so that the can deal with their offending behaviors and pre realize programs.
