Goal

Futurelife Foundation and Wildland Conservation Trust are collaborating to bring nutrition and environmental change to an area and a school in Northern KZN.

Futurelife Foundation and Wildlands Conservation Trust will feed the children at a Silwanetshe Primary School in KZN as well as educate learners on nutrition, recycling and incentivise them to make a difference by supplying "green" school desks to a classroom at the end of the project.

Futurelife Foundation and Wildlands Conservation Trust (WCT) are collaborating for this project with the aim of delivering nutritional meals to Silwanetshe Primary School in KZN and at the same time educating the learners on nutrition, environmental challenges and recycling. WCT will put igloo recycling bins at the school and deliver nutritious, daily Futurelife breakfasts to all learners.

WCT will educate the learners on environmental challenges and recycling while encouraging them not only to put the Futurelife packaging into the igloo bins but also all sorts of plastics from home and their communities. The plastics will be collected on a weekly basis and recycled into "green" school desks. The school will receive 1 classroom of 26 desks at the end of the project.
