Goal
The Nedbank Tour de Tuli is renowned for its extremely high standards of service and the unique experience of riding through some of Africa’s most pristine, wildlife and geologically rich areas in Botswana, Zimbabwe and South Africa. The Tour follows very strict environmental practices and every camp site is left as it was originally found. Cyclists will experience amazing bush surroundings and have fun with great people for four days and five nights with the event taking place around July/August each year.

In order to participate in the event, each cyclist is required to make a minimum donation of R24 900. All funds that are raised from the event are channelled into Children in the Wilderness (CITW), for the initiatives and programs run for rural children in southern African communities.

CITW an environmental education and life skills programme for rural children living in and around conservation areas, has been operating since 2001. It is a non-profit organisation supported by an ecotourism company, Wilderness Safaris, to facilitate sustainable conservation through leadership development and education of rural children in Africa.
