This project will fund a comprehensive leadership program for the Meadowlands Secondary School in Soweto.
The Foundation of School Leadership and Management aims to develop effective, inspirational leaders through impactful programmes for the benefit of South African learners. The Foundation's programmes focus on educational leadership development in previously disadvantaged school communities in South Africa.
Funds raised for this project will be used by the Foundation to develop the leaders at Meadowlands Secondary School in Soweto, through mentoring and workshops for the principal, deputy principals, and the school management team.
The Foundation of School Leadership and Management currently works in 25 schools in the Diepsloot and Tembisa area but would like to extend its impact to Soweto.
