Hi to all my family and friends that have made their way onto my page. Good start! I appreciate the visit from all of you, but a special mention must be made to the more technology-challenged individuals (you know who you are).
You all know about my individual fight with cancer, and I am happy to report that I am still cancer-free and looking great and healthy. It is always in my nature to support others, and the fight for kiddies cancer is still on my list. Everything I can do to help them is amazing.
Through the CHOC Cows, I have made friends (excellent), found support (unexpectedly great), lost friends to cancer (super sad), and had a lot of fun (added benefit). I believe in the projects that the Cows are funding, and I always look forward to riding the 94.7 with them.
Cancer has got to be one of the most devastating illnesses on a family, and everyday I hear of a new case. I would appreciate your support for this initiative while I once more put on the cow branding (with a tutu again this year), and ride to raise money for CHOC. I will also ride in memory of those that we have lost and those currently fighting.
In my world, this race will be another beautiful day to fight cancer.
