Another 54 km’s under the belt over the weekend.. was good but.. this heat!! Went to Muldersdrift, parked at Riverstone Lodge – cycled on the Cradle of Humankind loop – back to Riverstone lodge.. will aim for much te same over the next weekend but with lots of exercise on the spinner during the week!
